Do not forget to include the number of servings and amount of calories from the food that you eat during the day. This is a perfect way to record what you’re taking in and keeping a close eye on your progress each day.
Enlist help in your weight loss journey. If you have no one to workout with, there are multiple groups and online forums for people that need support. You could also look for a fitness partner to whom you could be mutually accountable.
